| After several meetings with the Troyers (Donna and John) we chose them to build our first custom home. These discussions were casual and friendly, yet always informative. There were many things that went into the construction of the house; and their knowledge of which suppliers offered us the best choices and costs were really appreciated. We spoke with soon to be neighbors and everyone told us of the high quality and attention to details of their work. Throughout the construction process we found this to be factual. The subcontractors they used did excellent work in a timely manner; the house was never behind schedule. John was at the construction site every day reviewing all work in his usual manner of making sure it was up to his standards. We asked many questions and John answered them by showing us what and where the answers were. And, yes we made construction changes , finishing the basement among others.
